2-Phase JR Series
The Accuflow 2-Phase JR Series multiphase metering system features a vertical pipe section along with dedicated gas and liquid flow lines. Multiphase fluids — including oil, water, and gas — enter the vertical pipe tangentially, generating a cyclonic action that naturally separates the liquid and gas into distinct streams.
Each phase is then measured independently using industry-proven technologies. Liquid flow is captured through conventional meters such as Coriolis or turbine types, while water cut can be determined using density differential, microwave, or other established methods. Gas flow is measured with proven techniques such as vortex, turbine, or ultrasonic meters. After measurement, the gas and liquid streams are recombined and returned to the multiphase flow line.
Thanks to the system’s innovative design, an active liquid level control is not required. The vertical section self-regulates the liquid level, eliminating the need for control valves. This approach makes the Accuflow JR Series a highly efficient, low-cost solution for accurate multiphase flow measurement.
Features
